Harambee was born from a deep love for Africa, its people, and the vibrant hospitality that defines its landscapes. After years of working in the industry, we recognised a growing need for practical, skills-based training that not only enhances service delivery but also builds stronger, more unified teams. We saw talented individuals with incredible potential, often without access to structured development or mentorship. Harambee was created to bridge that gap -bringing onsite, hands-on training directly to properties, empowering local teams to grow, thrive and shine in their roles while celebrating the warmth and richness of African hospitality
